We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Professional to join our team. As a Data Insights Professional, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, define data-driven objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them. You will also collaborate with departments to translate business challenges into clearly defined data problems, provide expert guidance on scoping data analytics projects, and ensure alignment with overall goals.
You will apply advanced data analysis techniques to clean, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources, generate reports, visualizations, and dashboards that convey insights clearly and effectively, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making processes across the organization.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of proven experience in data analytics, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Python, Tableau, SQL), and data visualization best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Strong experience working in a cross-functional team, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and leadership
- Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities and deliver high-quality results
