Job Title: Data Insights Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Insights Professional to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence reporting and dashboard projects in PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design BI solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards in cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Contribute to analytics projects as needed, leveraging your expertise in data modeling and visualization.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of BI projects, working closely with IT project managers to determine project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT tools, SSAS tabular model design, and platform enabling configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to propose innovative ways to analyze data, identify correlations, and define KPIs and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings to business stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of data is necessary to answer complex analytical questions, embark on exploratory data analysis projects, and work on projects that promote data-based decisions across business strategy, product design, campaign management, and customer service.
