Regional Cards Strategy & Product Management Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional cards strategy and product roadmap across five key markets: Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, and India.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the cards industry, deep understanding of payment schemes, and proven success in building strategic alliances and partnerships.

  • Develop and implement regional cards strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead co-brand partnerships and distribution strategies to expand market reach and enhance customer value.
  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends, exploring new technologies, and developing future-oriented products such as virtual cards and tokenization.
  • Integrate new payment methods and use cases, enhancing customer experience and driving top-of-wallet behavior in digital wallets.
  • Manage relationships with key payment schemes (Visa, Mastercard, UPI, JCB, Amex), ensuring favorable terms and leveraging scheme capabilities.
  • Maximize value from card customers through cross-product synergies and value extraction strategies.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the cards industry, focusing on product management, strategy, and partnerships.
  • Extensive experience and relationships with major card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, UPI).
  • Proven success in developing and managing strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of digital payment technologies, including mobile wallets and tokenization.
  • Deep knowledge of card product economics, pricing, and profitability drivers.
