Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in medical devices with a focus on fillers and energy-based devices for the aesthetics and medical fields. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our innovative product portfolio.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. This includes identifying and engaging with potential clients, presenting, demonstrating, and promoting fillers, energy-based devices and other skin care products to healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Clinic Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients, including clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic centers.
  • Product Promotion: Present, demonstrate, and promote fillers, energy-based devices and other skin care products to healthcare professionals.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and training to clients on the use and benefits of energy-based devices.
  • Workshops: Work with KOL to organize and coordinate training workshops on filler injections.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in aesthetics treatment and technology.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.
  • Trade Shows: Attend trade shows, conferences, and workshops to network and showcase products.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Medical Device Sales Experience: Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably with laser devices in the aesthetics/medical field.
  • Laser Technology: Strong understanding of Laser, RF technology and its applications in healthcare and aesthetics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Driving License: Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with energy-based devices used in aesthetic treatments or medical procedures.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the medical device industry.
