    • Prepare forecasts, monitor financial performance and report results to management.
  • Staff Leadership & Development:
    • Foster a positive work environment to minimize staff turnover and promote employee engagement.
    • Plan career growth, oversee recruitment, training and performance evaluation to develop staff members.
    • Prepare and monitor staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage based on occupancy and business needs.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
