About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Project Team Lead at OOm PTE. LTD. who will spearhead the transformation of strategic ideas into successful digital projects.

This role requires a leader who can foster a culture of collaboration and self-management among agile teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital and web project management.


Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and self-management among agile teams.
  • Guide product owners in backlog management through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery by monitoring project progress and addressing risks proactively.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks and project best practices for transparency and consistency.
  • Assist in developing key project documents such as RFPs, SOWs, timelines, and training materials.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of hands-on experience in digital and web project management.

Strong background in Agile methodologies with proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Certifications in Project/Agile/Scrum (e.g., PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe) are desired.

Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or JIRA is a must.
