Job Title: Director of Communications and Digital Strategy

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our communications and digital strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex communication channels, creating engaging content, and developing effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives
- Manage communication channels including email, website, social media, and public relations efforts
- Create compelling content for various mediums, including patient stories, events, opinion pieces, and community news
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand guidelines adherence and develop collateral to drive exposure for key projects
- Support production of publicity materials for patient/family education and increase exposure through various media

Requirements:
- Min Degree in public relations, marketing, or communications
- At least 2 years of experience in communications and project management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent team player with great interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Knowledge in HTML, coding, and Microsoft SharePoint is an added advantage
