Role OverviewThe purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional day-to-day operation of End User Technology support to Amplify Health Asia employees. The scope of technology encompasses computing, mobile, and AV components.
Consistent, accurate, and timely technology support are crucial to ensuring Amplify Health can operate seamlessly. The Corporate Technology Support Specialist role represents the 'face' of Corporate IT support for users, and success in this position will contribute significantly to building a world-class employee experience for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Exhibit excellence in communication and monitor the level of service delivery to ensure seamless operations
- Showcase expertise by providing clear explanations and effective solutions to complex technical questions and issues
- Maintain precise records of all activities within the Technology Support team and present them to management upon request for evaluation
- Possess strong knowledge on the front-end operation of M365, Edge Browser / MS Teams
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom)
- Maintain a world-class services standard for Technology Support with high-level end-user satisfaction
- Take proactive measures to control user expectations and mitigate potential escalations related to technology problems and complaints
- Develop contingency strategies to address issues, including backup plans where primary approaches may not be effective
- Deliver operational on-site and remote support for online events, such as large-scale video conferences, online presentations, and webinars
- Maintain and troubleshoot audio, video, lighting, and other related equipment
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- At least 5 years of experience in executive technologies support, preferably in an Investment Bank or trade floor environment
- Proven ability to handle complex executive technology requests and ensure user satisfaction through accurate troubleshooting
- Achieve objectives and adhere to deadlines and procedures of work
- Full technical capability in responsible areas
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Good business knowledge
- Technical training techniques
Estimated Salary: SGD 80,000 - SGD 110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
