  • Manage and maintain databases, records, and quantitative analyses to support project management and investment decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of the quality management system and drive continuous improvement in departmental procedures.
  • Track market trends and assist in identifying new business opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Provide support in preparing accurate, timely, and relevant reporting for designated vessels.
  • Assist in coordinating the marketing of company tonnage to assigned customers.
  • Support the negotiation of spot fixtures and time charters to optimize returns.
  • Assist in maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Technical, Fleet, and Operations teams to address pre- and post-fixture issues.
  • Uphold the company's Health, Safety, and Environment policy in all activities.
