Job Title: Financial Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making.

Your primary duties will include submitting monthly reports and schedules to headquarters, liaising with the headquarters to provide required financial data, and supporting full sets of accounts. You will also assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts, as well as preparing monthly financial management reports.

In addition, you will be responsible for supporting data entry and reconciliation in SAP and Microsoft BC accounting systems, preparing monthly intercompany transactions schedules, reviewing and posting sales invoices, and issuing sales invoices for reimbursements.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • At least Diploma in Accountancy or related field + At least 2 years or relevant experience
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in SAP / MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
