Pool Attendant Job Summary

The primary function of this role is to maintain the pool area in a safe and clean manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness: Wash, mop, and sanitize the pool deck on a regular basis.
  • Guest Services: Promote a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests by displaying an enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond appropriately in case of an emergency by following local operating procedures.
  • Guest Safety: Provide assistance to injured guests until medical help arrives.
  • Safety Compliance: Report any accidents or injuries, complete required safety training, and adhere to company policies.
  • Adaptability: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Requirements:
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
