Project Coordinator Role

Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the production coordination of all departments, managing budgets, schedules, and day-to-day operations of the account.

You will work closely with the Production Manager to identify creative solutions to improve logistics support, build strong client relationships through regular communications, and serve as the key contact on daily operations.

Additionally, you will source locations, casts, and suppliers based on the brief and specs of each project, plan project budgets, delivery schedules, and organize pre-production meetings internally and with clients.

As a key member of the team, you will ensure that the post-production process is carried out efficiently and that timelines are kept. You will also liaise with clients to ensure that projects are completed according to their expectations.

  • Ability to balance creative vision and practical concerns
  • Good client servicing skills
