This role is responsible for overseeing admissions, electives, and projects within a medical school setting. The Senior Executive will play a key part in contributing to the institution's mission of delivering innovative medical education and impactful research.
Key Responsibilities
- Admissions: Develop and implement Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs) as part of the admission process.
- Electives: Manage the administration of outgoing student elective programs, supporting Elective leads in facilitating overseas placements for students.
- Policies, Systems and Procedures: Ensure knowledge of student travel policies, supporting the digitalisation of work processes.
- Administration: Assist in organizing events, perform other department-level administrative tasks.
Requirements
- A recognized degree in any discipline; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in statistics and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with data management.
- Resilient, meticulous and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
This is a full-time position with a 3-year contract appointment.
