System Analyst Position

An IT System Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of IT solutions. They collaborate closely with business teams and clients, analyzing business requirements to design and optimize system solutions.

The successful candidate will manage vendors, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate these needs into detailed system requirement specifications. They will participate in system design, testing, deployment, and support activities, preparing and maintaining system documentation along the way.

To excel in this position, professionals should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong client-facing skills, and proficiency in system modeling tools such as UML and flowcharts. A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is also highly recommended.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing vendor relationships, creating system requirement specifications, participating in system design and testing, and providing training and post-implementation support to clients.

In addition to technical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP, CRM, or business system implementation are also valuable assets.

Agile methodologies and basic programming or scripting skills are desirable but not required. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Requirements
