Cell Therapy Technologist

The opportunity to lead and manage the successful technology transfer of cell therapy products into our cleanroom and GMP manufacturing settings is available. To thrive in this role, you will need strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to stay focused under pressure and adapt proactively.
This position requires a critical thinker with a systematic and meticulous approach who is also curious and self-motivated to stay updated on emerging technologies. The individual must be committed to safety, quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:- To lead and manage the technology transfer process for cell therapy products
- To ensure seamless integration of new technologies into our manufacturing processes
- To develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- MSc/PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a related field
- Strong understanding of cell culture techniques and cellular processes
- Experience with sterile systems and gowning procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
