Job Opportunity: Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day transport arrangement and ensure seamless logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock inventory control, coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules, and sourcing materials from external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control: Manage stock inventory levels, update First-In-First-Out (FIFO) as required, and oversee the receipt and dispatch of raw materials.
  • Vehicles Maintenance: Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules, including servicing and monitoring compliance.
  • Sourcing Materials: Receive and record consumables from external suppliers, verify incoming goods with delivery orders, and submit documents to the purchasing department.
  • Liaising with Suppliers: Coordinate and communicate with purchasing for all incoming materials and consumables.
  • Issuing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Issue PPE to new employees.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • A minimum of GCE 'O' Level qualification.
  • A valid Class 3 or Class 4 Driving License.
