Roles & Responsibilities

Transport Coordinator (5.5days work week)

The incumbent will perform collaborating with various parties to support the daily logistics/distribution operations.

Job Responsibilities

· Co-ordinate with, drivers, and internal teams on movement of shipments in accordance with delivery schedules. (Airport launching)

· Plan transportation routes.

· Prepare and maintain accurate transportation-related documentation.

· Optimize load consolidation to maximize vehicle capacity and reduce transportation costs.

· Monitor on-time delivery, transit times and delivery accuracy.

- Monitor drivers delivery routes, and co-dinate with them on urgent deliveries

· Liaise with customers to provide shipment status updates.

Requirements

· Good to have 1-2 years of experience in fleet management and transportation coordination

· Candidates with related internship experience are welcome to apply

· Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers, vendor and drivers

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Class 3 driving license is mandatory
