This is a Regional Credit Management position that oversees and optimizes credit management processes across the SAPMENA region. The primary goal is to ensure efficient customer credit operations, minimize risk, and drive excellence in management practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing credit management strategies and policies in alignment with the company's overall objectives and financial goals.

Key responsibilities include overseeing and managing credit levels across the region, preparing reports, and presenting findings to senior management. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and evaluating risk across the region, identifying potential areas of concern, and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risk.

Another important aspect of this role is collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Operations, to align Deductions strategy and ensure effective credit management practices. The candidate will also conduct regular credit reviews and assessments to assess the creditworthiness of customers and make informed credit decisions.

In order to ensure minimal risk exposure, the successful candidate will review Credit policies & Insurance coverage across all countries. They will provide guidance and support to regional credit teams, ensuring adherence to credit policies and procedures.

To excel in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. They should also have proven experience in credit management, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity. Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment methodologies, credit policies, and credit management best practices is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound credit decisions based on thorough analysis. They should also have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
