We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Admin Executive to join our team at APEX FUND SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. in Singapore. As a key member of our fund administration team, you will be responsible for reviewing fund constitutional documents, providing accounting services, and calculating net asset value and investor services.
Key Responsibilities- Review capital activity of the funds and ensure accurate calculations
- Review Limited Partner and General Partners/Shareholder Allocation, and calculations/schedules
- Review financial statements and partner capital statements
- Ensure AML/KYC compliance for investor onboarding documents
- 10+ years of private equity or real estate fund accounting work experience
- Bachelor's or Master's level degree in accounting
- Knowledge of financial products, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Real estate funds and environments
- Previous experience managing/coaching staff
- Experience in reviewing and preparing financial statements
- Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience
