Job Title:

HSE Manager

  • Manage HSE activities to ensure compliance with external regulations and standards.
  • Develop, plan, and manage the HSE Program for major projects.
  • Evaluate the organisation's overall HSE performance to identify recurring problems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of proposed and actual changes in HSE regulations.
  • Ensure work conditions meet HSE requirements and programs are in place.
  • Coordinate training and certification of personnel for safety.
  • Assure compliance with Risk Assessment Processes.
  • Support safety audits, evaluation processes, and incident prevention.
  • Complete project HSE reports and documentation.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HSE principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The role requires a high level of autonomy and ability to work independently, but also collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as OHSA, CIH, or CSP.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HSE management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
