Health, Safety and Environment Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

  • Support Management in developing and implementing HSE policies and guidelines.
  • Implement, update, review, and audit HSE systems to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective safety and environmental procedures aligned with industry norms and legislation.
  • Manage company resources to ensure efficient and effective running of safety operations at the workplace.
  • Collaborate with Contracts, Engineering, Human Resources, and Operations departments on HSE aspects.
  • Analyze accident/incident statistics to identify trends, gaps, and risks, and formulate improvements.
  • Conduct in-house safety trainings and workshops.
  • Serve as a key point of contact and liaison with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders on safety-related issues.
  • Prepare Health and Safety documentation for new tenders and project plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Science/Engineering or related field, with additional professional qualifications in HSE.
  • Registered Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (Specialist Diploma in HSE).
  • 5+ years of experience in HSE in relevant process plant/construction/petro-chemical fields.
  • Knowledge in Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems, Environmental Discharges, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation, HSE Auditing Techniques, and other safety-related aspects.
  • Dedicated team-player with strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, and supervisory skills.
