Job Title: Medical Support Associate

About the Role:- You will assist the Clinic Manager in maintaining operational efficiency and providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform front desk duties, including registering patients, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Assist doctors with administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You must also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
In terms of education, you should have at least a secondary school diploma or equivalent. Relevant experience in a medical setting would be highly advantageous but not essential.
