Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Support Associate to join our team. As a Medical Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling patient enquiries, arranging appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of healthcare operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Handle patient enquiries via phone and email
  • Arrange or reschedule appointments
  • Perform counter closing duties
  • Provide patient counseling and support clinical services
  • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Be available to work a part-time schedule for 6 months
  • Have good communication and customer service skills
  • Have previous experience working in a healthcare setting

Working Hours

You will work:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1 hour lunch)
  • Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Hourly Rates

Our hourly rates are as follows:

  • Private Diploma - SGD 11.00/hr
  • A Levels - SGD 10.20/hr
  • Higher NITEC - SGD 10.20/hr
  • NITEC - SGD 9.60/hr
Duration and Start Date

This position is for 6 months, with a start date in September onwards.
