Job Title: Medical Support Associate

Job Description:

As a Medical Support Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, assisting therapists during assessments and treatments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Manage front desk reception, maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, control inventory, and schedule appointments efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate billing and payment records as well as client statistics.
  • Therapy Assistance:
    • Support physiotherapists during assessments and treatments, providing necessary physical assistance.
    • Prepare and set up therapy equipment for patient use, supervise, and implement exercise programs prescribed by the physiotherapist.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' Level qualification
  • Diploma in Therapy Assistance or related field is an advantage
  • Experience in Physiotherapy/Healthcare field is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
  • Able to work collaboratively as a team player
