Procurement Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in managing procurement operations, optimizing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and compliant sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all project-related procurement activities in the ASEAN region.
  • Ensure seamless integration of procurement, logistics, and supplier quality management.
  • Align project timelines with procurement schedules and develop comprehensive project procurement plans.
  • Prepare and issue RFQs based on customer and project requirements, ensuring competitive sourcing.
  • Lead regional supplier negotiations, aligning contract terms and conditions to meet project and business objectives.
  • Evaluate supplier quotations and mitigate procurement risks through cross-functional assessments and proactive risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Multi-year experience in strategic purchasing, category management, or project management.
  • Experience working in a project-driven environment, preferably in the baggage handling or engineering industry.
  • International exposure and the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex projects efficiently.
