**Job Title:** Inspection Engineer">

You will be part of a team that provides inspection and assessment services for petrochemical and chemical plants, pipelines, storage tanks, and off-shore platforms. Your role will involve leading a team of inspectors to conduct non-destructive testing and inspection work.

  • Develop and implement testing methodologies and procedures for various techniques such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, penetrant testing, magnetic flux leakage, visual testing, leak testing, radiographic film interpretation, and long-range ultrasonic testing.">
  • Provide NDT Level 3 services and train in-house inspectors in the respective methods.">
  • Oversee the inspection of various equipment such as pressure vessels, above ground storage tanks, and structural components.">
  • Represent the division as the Quality Management Representative (QMR) and be involved in quality management meetings and audits involving industry standards.">
  • Provide internal training and technical guidance for other inspectors.">
  • Ensure all personal certification is kept up to date.">
  • Develop and approve NDT procedures, written practices, and NDT techniques that comply with clients' requirements.">
  • Ensure adequate auditing of site works and develop the level of competency of team members.">

  • ">
  • A degree holder with at least 5 years of inspection experience in oil/petrochemical industries and relevant API certificates or have a minimum of ten years inspection experience in oil/petrochemical industries.">
  • Ability to perform QA of all piping/equipment repair work and liaise with contractor, maintenance & operation personnel.">
  • Ability to interpret NDT results.">
  • Ability to review working procedures and ITPs.">
  • Good knowledge of pressure equipment and piping manufacturing codes, like ASME, API, and welding processes.">
  • Good knowledge of materials and pipes/equipment used in refineries and their damage mechanisms.">
