Senior Director of Operations

The Senior Director of Operations will lead the company's operational strategy, overseeing core business functions and ensuring effective translation of strategic priorities into operational initiatives.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures to support the company's vision and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Administration, Corporate Governance, and Investor Relations.
  • Partner with the CEO to shape and execute corporate strategy, ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and regulatory bodies to establish and uphold robust policies, processes, and governance standards.
  • Track and evaluate key departmental metrics and performance indicators to drive operational excellence.
  • Act as a key representative of the company in engagements with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Deliver regular performance and strategy reports to the CEO and Board, highlighting achievements and actionable insights.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in senior management positions.
  • Proven expertise in banking software or fintech industry with a strong track record of driving business success.
  • Exceptional financial and operational insight, including hands-on experience managing P&L responsibility.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, HRIS, and BI tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and key performance metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in Asian markets (China, Malaysia, Thailand, or other Southeast Asian countries).
  • Willingness to travel approximately once a month to support regional operations.
