About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Corporate Director to join our team at WE CARE COMMUNITY SERVICES LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in key areas of corporate governance, finance, human resources, and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities

The Strategic Corporate Director will be responsible for:

  • Corporate Governance Management: Preparing and finalising the annual schedule of Board meetings, AGM, and Board strategy meetings, as well as arranging and managing the Board meetings and AGM.
  • Financial Management: Managing and leading the preparation, finalisation, and communication of the annual report, as well as supervising receipts, payments, and deposits in the bank and operating expenses and capital investments.
  • Human Resources Management: Supervising and managing the finance and administrative team, as well as periodically reviewing HR processes and procedures and presenting recommendations to the ED.
  • Facilities Management: Managing and maintaining all aspects of the WE CARE facility, including rental, utilities, lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, furniture, and other fixtures and fittings.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning, management, governance, risk, and compliance skills, with a focus on financial control, leadership, employee engagement, internal controls, grants, team management, and communication. A proven track record in budgeting, annual budget planning, and management is essential.

  • Knowledge of charity laws and regulations
  • Accreditation in accounting or finance (ACCA)
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
