Drive Business Growth as a Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Singapore market. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Conduct daily sales activities and track progress towards goals.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to senior management.
- Create and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and contracts.
- Perform market analysis to identify business opportunities and competitive threats.
Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in engineering-related industries.
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
