We are seeking a skilled Office Support Professional to join our team at YSG BUILDERS SOLUTION PTE. LTD.
About the Role:
- This role involves providing administrative support to our Finance, Operation and HR departments.
- Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, processing orders, managing accounts payable and updating supplier lists.
- You will also be in charge of office administration tasks such as maintaining workers' timesheets and documents controlling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general clients' enquiries, quotations, order processing, and fulfillment.
- Renewal company license.
- Accounts Payable (Invoices and Payments).
- Updating of suppliers/vendors list.
- In-charge in office administration work for Finance/Operation/HR department.
- Workers injured insurance claim.
- Follow up on company vehicles for inspection/Road Tax/Vehicle Insurance.
- Handle in maintaining of workers timesheets to process and manage monthly payroll.
- Documents controlling and filing.
- Perform any ad hoc assignments as and when required.
Secondary Scope:
- Sort and process staff claims.

Requirements:
- Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Invoicing.
- Administration experience.
- Payroll management skills.
- Vehicles maintenance knowledge.
- Data Entry skills.
- Office Administration experience.
- Accounts Receivable experience.
- Accounting skills.
- Administrative Support experience.
- Team Player attitude.
- Microsoft Word skills.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum.
