Job Summary

This role involves coordinating tender requirements with various departments and collaborating with construction staff in planning, particularly in areas related to tender strategy and EHS compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate tender requirements with multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with construction staff in planning, focusing on areas like tender strategy and EHS compliance.
  • Attend subcontractor and supplier workshop meetings related to tenders and ensure necessary preparations are completed.
  • Evaluate proposed construction plans for alignment with drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities include addressing consultant queries, offering insights, estimating manpower and resource requirements for tender submissions, and supporting the Project Team in refining and implementing proposed solutions post-tender award.

Apart from these responsibilities, you will also participate in on-site safety inspections, review tender documents, drawings, and specifications, and assist with enhancing EHS practices across sites by supporting office management initiatives for continual improvement.
