Job Description:
  • Taking reservation and managing seating
  • Managing table assignments and floor layout
  • Providing high-quality customer service to guests
  • Ensuring efficient table turnarounds and minimizing wait times
  • Assisting with inventory management and maintaining store displays

Key Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must have prior working experience in a Japanese restaurant, be proficient in basic math and cash handling skills, and possess excellent communication skills. No experience is welcomed as training will be provided. You must be able to commit at least 2 days per week.
