Job Title:

Training Development Expert



Our ideal candidate is an expert in delivering comprehensive training sessions, possessing a deep understanding of insurance products, services, and industry concepts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for revising and updating training content to align with changes in products, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Delivered comprehensive training sessions to new hires and current employees on insurance products, services, and industry concepts
  • Regularly revised and updated training content to align with changes in products, regulations, and internal policies
  • Planned and facilitated workshops, learning clinics, and e-learning modules to support continuous employee development
  • Managed training logistics and program coordination to ensure seamless execution and learner engagement
  • Developed interactive and visually engaging learning materials using digital tools and platforms
  • Designed and implemented blended learning curricula combining in-person instruction and digital learning strategies
  • Maintained clear communication with participants and stakeholders to ensure training goals and learning outcomes were achieved

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications
