Training and Development Expert

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Training and Development Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.


Responsibilities:
  • Recruit freelance trainers by posting job ads on various portals and social media platforms.
  • Conduct interviews, brief candidates, and update contracts according to project needs.
  • Organize and coordinate "train-the-trainer" programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of freelance trainers in our database.
  • Provide support to potential and current trainers.
  • Ensure that trainers are equipped and ready for deployment.
  • Coordinate mass trainer briefings for projects.
  • Meet project-specific requirements and utilize automated tools for scheduling/training coordination.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in hiring is advantageous; ACLP certification is a plus.
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related field.
  • Diploma holders in relevant fields with experience will be considered.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and a strong team player.
