MyCareersFuture is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Register and verify patient information, explain estimated charges and claims to allow patients to select the appropriate ward type, and collect deposit payment.
  • Coordinate the admission process from pre-admission screening to patient arrival at the assigned ward through collaboration with doctors and different departments.
  • Provide administrative support at day surgery centers, such as tracing surgery consent forms, posting charges for billing, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
  • Handle general and wayfinding inquiries from patients and visitors.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum Nitec/Diploma of any discipline.
  • Prior experience in healthcare will be advantageous.
  • Comfortable working shifts.
