About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Delivery Manager to join our APAC Strategic Expansion team under Worldpay's Product organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our international growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for designated markets, creating compelling value propositions and collaborating with internal stakeholders to secure a competitive edge.
  • Oversee product initiatives within the market, ensuring alignment with roadmap timelines, and manage the product roadmap, representing the product organization, and keeping senior stakeholders informed of progress, issues, and trade-offs.
  • Build deep knowledge of payment systems, products, and verticals to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in acquiring (credit and debit cards), omnichannel solutions, Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), and Value-Added Services such as Payment Optimization and FX.
  • Create robust business cases for product strategies by gathering and validating internal and external data, collaborating with broader product teams to prioritize initiatives effectively.
  • Oversee product prioritization and engineering resource planning, maintaining an understanding of development timelines, potential trade-offs, and issues.
  • Represent Worldpay at industry conferences and internal events, engaging with regional business development and solutions consultants to communicate trends and the company's value proposition.
  • Lead the execution of strategic initiatives aimed at increasing revenue in assigned markets, working with commercialization teams to ensure effective marketing and partner engagement.
  • Support regional Business Development (BD) and Relationship Management (RM) teams with ad-hoc requests, participating in customer meetings and responding to RFPs as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Business Development, Relationship Management, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Legal, Risk, and Compliance, managing external business partners effectively.
