Director, Infrastructure Finance

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Infrastructure Finance team in Singapore. As a key member of our Corporate & Investment Banking division, you will be responsible for originating debt financing and advisory mandates in Asia, with a focus on the Infrastructure and TMT sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and execute debt financing and advisory mandates in Asia, with a focus on Infrastructure and TMT sectors.
  • Take full responsibility for deal execution, working closely with Infrastructure and TMT leads and other team members.
  • Identify and originate business opportunities, leveraging off other team members and departments within SG.
  • Contribute to the team's budget through deal execution and transversal activities.
  • Develop and maintain quality, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Contribute to efficient communication and reporting within the team.
  • Cooperate with other SG teams, including Energy Group, Syndication, Relationship Management, Credit, and other product lines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Infrastructure, TMT, energy, and/or power transactions, with a large part spent working in Asia.
  • Strong skills in debt structuring & advisory, with solid experience in project finance transactions.
  • Strong skills in credit risk assessment, including modelling, financial analysis, and sound knowledge of project and finance documentation.
  • Existing network of clients across Asia, ideally in the Infrastructure and TMT sectors.
  • Pro-active, results-driven, and client-focused, with strong ethics such as integrity and transparency, and strong risk awareness.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead deal teams across various locations.
