Strategic Business Partner

The role of Strategic Business Partner is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, enhance investment product offerings, and support key business operations.

This position requires close collaboration with the CEO and cross-functional teams to execute strategic priorities, track performance metrics, and analyze market trends.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve investment product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative financial solutions and enhance client engagement.

Strong understanding of Southeast Asian financial markets, including cultural and economic nuances, is essential for success in this role.

Required qualifications include fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken), prior experience in wealth management and equities, and proven track record in sales or business development within the financial sector.

Bachelor's degree in finance or business is preferred, but not compulsory.

Additional skills and qualifications include excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as exposure to digital investment platforms, robo-advisors, or neobanks.

Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Business Operations
  • Define and execute strategic priorities in collaboration with the CEO and department leads.
  • Track performance metrics, user data, and KPIs related to platform usage and investment flows.
Investment Product & Platform Support
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of digital investment offerings.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and compliance to support product roadmaps.
Client & Partner Management
  • Assist in onboarding B2B and institutional partners or investor networks.
  • Prepare and introduce pitch decks, product overviews, and analytical insights for prospective clients or investors.
