Job Overview

The Graduate Associate Programme is a comprehensive training initiative designed to equip professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the financial sector, specializing in investment.

Candidates will undergo a 24-month training programme comprising job-specific training, foundational understanding of the investment product industry, and placement on training programmes aimed at fostering their career growth and managerial potential.

Duties include acquiring clients through guaranteed leads, preparing in-depth financial reports, developing customized solutions, presenting client portfolios, and maintaining and reviewing financial portfolios to nurture long-term customer relationships.

Key qualifications include exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to engage positively with clients and colleagues, genuine enthusiasm for investment and financial concepts, and previous experience in banking or the financial sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
