Job Title: Client Support Associate

  • Assisting clients with inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Coordinating schedules for floater or cleaner jobs to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collecting mails and documents as needed.
  • Performing ad-hoc duties assigned by the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels (e.g., phone calls, chat/SMS, emails, walk-ins).
  2. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
  3. Respond promptly to client inquiries and complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Arrange floater or cleaner jobs schedule and monitor cleaning standards.
  5. Assist in inventory management and maintain data entry records.
  6. Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and scheduling.
  • 'O' level holder.
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant and friendly personality.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to work at a fast-paced environment.
