Client Relationship Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Relationship Associate to support our team in delivering exceptional service to high net-worth clients. As a key liaison between clients and our Relationship Managers, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Relationship Managers in providing excellent service to clients, including transaction processing and administrative tasks.
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure prompt delivery of client requirements and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, initiating instructions, tracking transactions, and preparing relevant documentation.
You will thrive in this role if you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' experience in a banking or financial services role.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, including foreign exchange, bonds, equities, derivatives, and fund management products.
