Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Engineering Manager to lead our team in delivering rolling stock and depot equipment with Design and Build for Operations and Maintenance (DBfOM) principles. This will ensure the operability and maintainability of our assets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to work closely with design and project engineers to deliver rolling stock and depot equipment that meet DBfOM standards.
  • Work with Operators to manage the Life Cycle of our rolling stock and depot equipment assets, focusing on performance, condition, refurbishments, and renewal.
  • Review requirements and provide inputs on DBfOM and Life Cycle Management for delivery and management of rolling stock and depot equipment assets.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience in asset engineering and management.
  • Knowledge of DBfOM principles and Life Cycle Management.
