Rolling Stock and Depot Equipment Manager

- Review requirements and provide inputs on Design and Build for Operations and Maintenance (DBfOM) and Life Cycle Management principles to ensure operability and maintainability.
- Lead a team to work closely with design and project engineers to deliver rolling stock and depot equipment that meet high reliability and availability targets.
- Manage the life cycle of rolling stock and depot equipment assets in terms of performance, condition, refurbishments, and renewal.
- Oversee the review of requirements and provision of inputs on DBfOM and Life Cycle Management for delivery and management of rolling stock and depot equipment assets.
- Proven experience in leading teams to manage complex projects and delivering results-oriented outcomes.
- Strong understanding of DBfOM and Life Cycle Management principles and their application in asset management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
