Lead Artificial Intelligence Governance

This is a challenging role where you will spearhead the development of an artificial intelligence (AI) governance framework, ensuring its ethical and transparent use across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI ethics, regulatory compliance, risk management, and be able to collaborate with global teams and senior leadership to align AI initiatives with organizational values, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive AI governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures for ethical AI development and deployment.

  • Ensure the safe development, deployment, and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems across the organization.

  • Conduct AI impact assessments to identify potential risks with the AI systems.

  • Maintain AI impact assessment results and risk treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the AI approval process, ensuring that AI systems meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Streamline and automate AI governance processes using workflow management tools and other technologies.

  • Perform ongoing monitoring of AI systems to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in AI governance, data ethics, compliance or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a multinational organization.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing AI governance frameworks or similar compliance programs in complex, global environments.

  • Deep knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and their ethical and societal implications.

  • Strong understanding of global data privacy laws, AI regulations, and ethical guidelines.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical mindset with expertise in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
