Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our AI Governance team as Managers/Senior Managers.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing policies and programmes to promote and ensure the responsible use of AI technologies by industry.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing robust AI governance strategies, programmes, frameworks and standards, staying abreast of global AI regulations, analysing their implications for Singapore and developing relevant responses and interventions.

Additionally, you will strategise to create impactful collaborations with industry, international governments and standards organisations to advance Singapore's interest, operationalise current AI governance initiatives to achieve desired outcomes and collaborate with other public sector agencies to ensure AI governance initiatives in Singapore are aligned across sectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A background in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Law or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on AI, machine learning or AI ethics and governance
  • A good understanding of AI technologies, their applications and associated risks
  • Keen interests in AI development, including development in global AI regulations and guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to work with both local and overseas partners and stakeholders
