Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Digital Risk team as a Senior Governance Specialist.

This is a critical role that involves developing and implementing AI governance frameworks, conducting risk assessments of AI algorithms and systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to AI governance and risk management.Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI model development, testing, and validation, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to stay updated with industry trends and AI regulatory requirements and quickly adapt to new technologies.As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape our services and motivate your team. You will build valuable relationships with clients and develop strong capabilities through both formal training and working with senior mentors and talented colleagues.Key Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing AI governance frameworks that align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments of AI algorithms, systems, and GenAI applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to AI governance and risk management.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years of experience in AI model testing and validation is required, and experience with AI/ML Ops and/or GenAI software engineering will be advantageous.Benefits:
