IT Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT consultant to help us drive business growth through effective technology solutions.

  • Identify and propose cutting-edge Microsoft 365/virtualization/cloud services monitoring solutions to clients;
  • Design, implement, and deliver proof of concepts for our products to meet customer needs.
  • Develop comprehensive reports demonstrating the value of our solutions in solving key business challenges for clients.
  • Provide engaging presentations and demonstrations of our products to prospective customers;
  • Train customers and partners on our products, ensuring they achieve maximum ROI.
  • Support post-sales activities including implementations, troubleshooting, customizations, and upgrades at client sites.
Requirements
  • A degree in Computer Science/IT Technologies with 6+ years of experience in areas like Application Performance Management, Network Performance Monitoring, Requirements Analysis, ITIL, and IT Service Management.
  • Strong interest in working in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and apply them to solve real-world problems.
  • Experience managing projects would be a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international team with sales and channel managers.
  • Exposure to Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies is essential.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 technologies is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Cloud and/or Container technologies would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of Java/J2EE technologies and web applications would be a plus.
  • Must be ambitious, competitive, energetic, and results-oriented with excellent teamwork skills.
  • Microsoft/Citrix/VMWare certifications would be highly valued.
