Teaching English as an Additional Language

A dedicated teacher with a strong passion for EAL education is required to join our academic community. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to delivering high-quality education and be able to create a supportive learning environment for students with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to develop individualized plans for students with EAL needs, assessing their progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Principal and Vice-Principal to plan, deliver, and monitor the EAL programme, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for teaching EAL, working closely with staff to share expertise and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Education or higher from an accredited institution, preferably with experience in teaching EAL.
  • Minimum of 5 years teaching experience, preferably in an international educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
  • Sensitivity towards cultural diversities and ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning, with a commitment to academic excellence and student success. They will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
