We are seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to join our team at MUFG Investor Services. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur and will have the primary responsibility of managing fund accounting teams providing full-range fund administration services to Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hybrid clients.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team responsible for fund accounting and provide guidance on financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead new funds onboarding process and ensure seamless transition from setup to live operations.

About You:

  • You hold a university degree in Banking/Finance/Mathematics/Accounting/Economics or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 12 years' progressive experience in fund administration, with a strong background in Private Equity and/or Real Estate.
  • You possess excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
  • You have a working knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and GAAP, with Luxembourg GAAP, Japanese GAAP, and Singapore GAAP being advantageous.
