Job Title: Senior Affiliate Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliate partners, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, and promoting financial offers through third-party websites or platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruit new affiliates and maintain existing relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Search for traffic networks and negotiate cooperation agreements to expand our reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew agreements with existing partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Create proposals based on estimated returns on investment (ROI) to demonstrate the value of our partnerships.
  • Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations and take prompt action to address any issues.
  • Review sales reports to determine campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing strategies.
  • Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to prepare conversion promo materials for affiliates and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Write marketing briefs and develop campaign assets to support our affiliate marketing initiatives.
  • Initiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Represent the company at international events to build relationships with potential partners and promote our brand.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field preferred but not required.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience within the Forex or Fintech industry is considered a plus but not essential.
  • Excellent command of English and Southeast Asian languages required.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of affiliate networks.
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Ability to travel when needed to represent the company at events and meetings.
